Q: Why do I get a message “email address not found” when I try to log in?
A: If this is the first time you have tried logging into our new website you will need to create a new log in. This only takes a few seconds and only needs to be done once. Click on I am already a customer but need a login? above to create your new log in.
Q: How do I check my order history?
A: Once you are logged in you will see a link at the top of the page for "My Order". Click on this link to see a list of all orders placed, not only via the website, but also by phone and fax. The order status is shown and you can view the order details by clicking on "View".
Q: Sometimes my computer clears my basket contents. What causes this?
